Berkshire Chairs & Settee
Easily reproduced and crafted from New England Rock Maple, the angled back provides comfort and the seats are made from naturally rot resistant cedar. Linseed oil finish.

Built to order, Chairs from $175.00 and Sette's from $250.00

Arch top Rustic Settee
Built entirely of New England Rock Maple. This settee makes an attractive addition for the front porch.

No two are exactly alike but will be similar. Sette only from $225.00

Unique Armchair
This armchair features full mortise & tenon joinery and is very sturdy. The back has no stain, it was crafted by splitting a branch from a walnut tree.

A "Beaverwood" Armchair
I have a family of trained beavers in the pond behind The Twigg Shoppe. I have them trained to cut the wood for me.

They just can't get the hang of "Measure twice & cut once." though.

No two are exactly alike but will be similar. Chairs from $175.00 & Sette's from $250.00

Perfect for your lake house !

Also available as a armchair or with rockers !No two are exactly alike but will be similar. Chairs from $150.00 with Board seat. Sette's $250.00 with Board seat

Archtop Bench
Mixed woods construction. Top was hand sawn from a naturally bent pine tree. Rock Maple frame. Hornbeam slabs for the seat. Birchbark & Birchtwigg appliqued ponies.

I still have several more slabs from the same pine tree if you want one of your own. This is a unique item and has been sold. Contact me for pic's of sawn branches to discuss your project.

Bonsai Corner Chair

The back was hand sawn from a large burl and secured in place using wooden pegs. Rock Maple frame & seat. This is a unique item, cannot be reproduced and is available. $350.00 limited delivery area, shipping possible at your expense.

Unique Armchair
This was a bit of a challenge but it turned out very well ! Shaker Tape for the seat with two inches of padding. Very comfortable !This is a unique item and has been sold.

Mountain Laurel Armchair

All joinery hand coped so each piece wraps around each other. Hand sawn branch for seat & back.This is a unique item and has been sold. Due to the complexity of design and worksmanship required pricing on this material begins at $500.00

Fisherman's Armchair

Carefully handcrafted from Beaverwood and Driftwood with an antique fishind rod mortised into the frame. A hooked fish dances above while another warily peeks out from under the left arm. A wicker creel lashed to the shaker tape seat holds your magazines. This is a unique item and has been sold. Contact me to discuss your project.
